Things you need to know:

Every apartment owner in Kololi Sands has to pay a yearly management fee and a yearly contribution to the Asset Fund which covers the maintenance of the public areas and shared fixtures and fittings. The management fees among others covers the cleaning of the public areas, garbage and sewage collection and land rates (municipal taxes). Each apartment has it’s own cash power meter. The complex has a standby generator to which each apartment is connected.  Every 3 months you will be invoiced based on your consumption, likewise for your metered water consumption.
