Most of our short term stays are also available for long term rentals. Inclusive: Use of the apartment /studio and the facilities of Kololi Sands, WiFi, 1 cleaning a week, and weekly change of bedlinen and bathroom towels. Exclusive: Utilities (cash power, generator, and water).
Unfurnished
For stays of 1 year or more it is possible to rent an apartment or studio unfurnished. You will be responsible for all the cost relating to the stay in the apartment, like utilities, WiFi, cleaning and laundry. You will find our selection of unfurnished apartments below.
