One of the special features of this apartment is the prime seat you have to watch some of the most amazing sunsets in Gambia from the balcony, either from the cozy corner set or from one of the loungers.
The apartment offers an open plan living room with a modern kitchen, including induction cooking hub, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. A washing machine is one of the additional useful amenities. Adjacent to the kitchen area you find the dining table with high chairs.
The living area is completed with a a cosy sitting area with eye for detail, a large sofa, a Smart TV. The large sliding windows, with mosquito netting, give access to the spacious balcony.
The master bedroom with double bed has access to it’s own en-suite bathroom, and off course to the balcony.
A second modern and spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet and is adjacent to the second bedroom, with double bed and enough wardrobe space!

Other things you need to know:
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony or terrace. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies (studio & 1 bedroom) or 250 Euro applies (2 bedroom) for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors. Any unusual breakages or damages will be charged to you upon departure.
Check in is possible from 2pm onwards. Check out is latest 12noon. Late checkout is possible subject to availability and a charge of minimum 36 Euro.
Kololi Sands is a residential complex and only accessible to those staying at Kololi Sands.
