The bedroom with large double bed offers ample space and has direct access to the balcony with furniture.
The modern and spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. Both living area and bedroom have a split air-conditioning unit.

Smoking is not allowed inside, only outside. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
